Classic Pooh™ Plush Tigger Toy - Orange (8") Review

I have Pooh, Eeyore and Piglet that I bought from Target maybe a year ago.Those are all Disney brand, apparently as this one is, but this Tigger is nowhere near as nice and good quality as those.I should have known better by the eyes too, mine don't have white, just brown stitching, looking very classic.The fur on Tigger isn't as plush, I can see fabric when I push the fur aside, whereas the others are SO plush and soft, very thick fur.The others all have corduroy paws, which is a nice touch, Tigger does not.I could go on but I won't.I'm still happy with my purchase because it completes my set, it's a close enough match that my 2 year old doesn't care.

Octopus Chime Ball Review

I thought this toy would jingle when it was knocked over and then come back up again, encouraging my daughter to reach and grab.Well, the toy doesn't jingle.The toy sounds like there is a single bell buried in the belly and you have to shake the toy very hard to hear the noise.The starfish hat doesn't squeak, and the ball doesn't come back up again.However, my daughter (now 3 months adjusted age) likes looking at the octopus face and the octopus arms are just the right size for her tiny hands to grab onto.She can pull the toy around and it is light enough for her to move easily.

Ignore all the bad reviews.The toy has a switch in the back by the batteries.When you receive the toy it is in demo mode- loud as it is intended to be heard over the noise of screaming children in a store.Take it out of demo mode into play for quieter play or turn it to glow only for quiet crib play.It is clearly an improvement over the old model as it is easy to squeeze and you have the option of music!

Nursery Center Review

This toy was so much more than I excepted.After reading reviews for similar toys I was dreading opening the box Christmas Eve, but much to my surprise assembly took less than 10 minutes, all the parts were there and the directions were easy to follow.My daughter loves it!! It is small enough to put away, but large enough for three 18 inch dolls to share (one sleeping in the tub, one in the crib and one in the highchair.)It's only the week after Christmas but it stood up to a play date with several other kids all less than 5.
A good buy so far.

Gund Baby Happy Moments Monkey is fun and bright Review

I bought this for our 2 year-old to help him transition to his "big-boy bed" and it has helped! The monkey is the perfect size for my son to cuddle up with at night, he is soft without any hard parts and my son often falls asleep playing with his long legs & arms. I love that it is machine washable so I can keep it more clean than the toys that are surface-wash only.I did think it was maybe a little expensive for just a stuffed toy, but I haven't found anything else like it and it has worked for us!

All Stars - Mobile Review

I love the looks, durability and ease of assembly of this mobile, and my one month old just loves watching and listening to it while it's moving and playing music. However, I've actually timed the length of how long the mobile turns and plays music, and it's no longer than three minutes. It plays barely long enough for me to walk out of the nursery to the kitchen and get a drink before I have to go back in and wind it up again. I'm very dissapointed in this product as I purchased it hoping it would be a source of stimulation for my child and it has basically turned out to be a sorce of exercise for me having to run back and forth winding it up again.

Well, in my opinion, this mobile is perfect if you are trying to match the rest of your room decor.I bought it because it was so cute/pretty, and I wanted my baby girl's room to match!The song is sweet, and I wind it up every single night (and she's now 10 months) and at nap time, for her to fall asleep to.Besides that, thought, it's not bright and cheery - nothing "fun" for her to look at or be interested in really.Which I guess is good, because the makers say to remove it after 6 months or something, when the baby can easily reach the mobile.But mine isn't interested in touching it, much less looking at it!She just likes the relaxing music it plays when she's drifting to sleep :)I would still buy one again - simply for the fact that it's dainty and prety and very unique, just don't get it if you're looking for something to entertain the baby!

My 8 month old girl was just gifted with this toy.She loves it!I think it will be a versatile toy that will grow with her for many months.I assumed since baby loves tags so much that the big draw of this toy would be the plethora of tags.Nope!She loves the interaction with Mommy most (no surprise!).Our favorite game currently is for Mommy to put the Mouse in his "house" (a turned over cup).Baby girl will then knock the cup over so that Mommy will say PEEKABOO MOUSEY!She's also very fond of chewing on the Mouse.I expect as she gets older she will become more interested in stacking and putting the Mouse in and out of the cups too.

LITTLE SUZY'S ZOO Plush Crib MUSICAL MOBILE Review

I'm the mom of a 7 month old girl.I got this mobile, along with the rest of the Suzy's Zoo line of nursery decor, for my shower.Since I didn't know if I was having a boy or a girl, the cute little animals and neutral colors seemed ideal.Well, the room looks adorable, painted in the color of Boof the Bear's stomach and hand/feet pads.HOWEVER, because I chose to go with this theme, no other mobile seemed to look right in the room.Why am I giving you this whole story?The mobile, which was attached to the crib rail, SNAPPED AND FELL into the crib (narrowly missing the baby's head, I might add) when my daughter was 6 months old.I didn't even have her in the crib until she was 3 months, and I don't use the mobile for music AT ALL because I have another product attached to the crib with longer lasting, more consistently tempoed music.So why did it break?I BARELY brushed the arm with the baby's blanket.I have seen similar reviews about these mobiles on this website (same maker, different theme) but didn't believe (didn't want to!) that a light touch would break a properly installed mobile.Well, folks, it happened to me too!For over a month I have been trying to get the company, Dolly, to respond to my inquiries regarding obtaining a new attachment arm or a refund.They don't even bother to respond.Well, as a consumer, I guess I'll say that the loudest voice is the one that vibrates the wallet...so if you are looking for a cute product, buy this mobile; if you want cute and safe, look elsewhere!

Taggies Chime Elephant Review

The taggies elephant toy was very much like it was described.I was looking for something similiar to those old time Apple CHime toys, and this worked rather well.It chimes when moved around, and has a weight to help keep it upright no matter what.The elephant itself is soft all over, and the little tags are great.My daughter has a thing for tags on her toys!
Now, the downside.This toy is small.Like.. suprisingly small.I took a pic of my now 8 month old daughter and the toy for comparison.It's not so small that I wouldn't have bought it at all if I had known, but maybe I would have looked around a little more, or at very least, been less surpised when I got it had I known.

Overall, a wonderful little toy, however. :)

This mobile is an excellent choice.It has two setting- day and night.The day setting allows the canopy to spin to four very different "songs" and the night setting has the day features with the added light show.It projects onto the canopy and spins in the opposite direction of the toys hanging from the canopy.It is very soothing for my 1 month old daughter.One of the best features of this mobile is the remote control for parents.The music and lights will play for around 10 minutes. If your child is not to sleep yet and needs more music to lull them to sleep, simply press the button on the remote (hanging on your child's door knob) and the mobile starts up again.It is fantastic.They don't even have to know you are checking on them!There is one other feature I forgot to mention.There is a volume button with two settings.I use both.This product is sturdy and very well made.The assembly was not difficult and I would definitely recommend it.By the way, there is no winding involved with this mobile.Just press a button and it's spinning!

Gummi Crib Rail Cover Review

This is completely useless. My daughter was able to get her teeth under the bottom edge and pull it up and off the crib. It came off about a week after we put it on. At least the novelty of chewing on her crib rail seems to have worn off.
