Well our baby likes it. He likes looking at it and listening to it. The problem is that it isn't reliable (and we have changed the batteries several times just to make sure).The sound activation only works once, then we have to turn it off and on to get it started again.
It doesn't run for the set amount of minutes. Sometimes it runs for 5, sometimes for 40 minutes. And once in a while tha machine completely stops, starts and stops again whilst making clicking noises.
Overall it is quite cheaply made and very annoying that you need a screwdriver to change batteries and to put it on the floor as a toy.
And finally the sound of the machine itself is loud and annoying to us adults.
