I have some high toy standards, so I may be off base. But, it is a better value to get the larger set. The piece count includes the small items that aren't tubes. Go for the bigger one.

Manhattan Toy Whoozit Wiggle Ball Review

My 6 month old loves this, but I was very disappointed when I opened the box, it's a lot smaller than I imagined from looking at the picture, maybe they should show a picture of a baby holding it so you can see how small it is.

Neurosmith Sunshine Symphony Review

This was a gift from a friend and our 8 week old would watch it while we were in the car. He has grown up with it and at 18 months it is still one of his favorite toys. The music is pleasant so it doesn't drive you nuts the way other electronic toys can and our toddler has learned to touch it to keep the music going. He has even increased his fine motor skills by turning the switches on and off in the back. We just bought three more to give out as gifts to our friends that are having babies. This was a great toy.
